  : The hotel was only 20 minutes from the school. We were their for her college graduation.
  : The electric outlets were loose. Charging my phone took forever until I noticed it was not charging at all. You have to push harder for it to hold.

  : Nothing. The lady checking us in was pleasant enough.
  : The Lady checking us out (a different one) tried to charge us for some additional fee (they claimed it was a fee because we booked with Booking.com and not directly with them. They claimed it was for "housekeeping" which was somehow not included with the original prepaid room fees. They were told that I did not received notice of this and their story was it was on Booking.com. I said that I did not see such a notice and asked "was it in the fine print". I refused to pay this fee. I checked on line when I got home on Booking.com and I could not find any notice. I called Booking.com yesterday and found out that you don't have such a notice for any listed properties anywhere. I never used them for housekeeping activities which they claimed the $15 per day was for. I felt like they were attempting to scam me. The other parties we were with (they had a separate room) heard another customer complaining loudly about the same problem. When the other parties we were with checked out, they did not attempt this unwarranted fee. Normal services are always included in the room rental which was expensive. In addition the pool had missing tiles along the top edge which should be repaired. After this experience I would not stay there again. They also claimed that other properties were doing the same thing. I do not believe this.

  : Nice updated rooms. Great atmosphere. Close to downtown.
  : It was almost 100 degrees when we checked in and it was 90 degrees in the room when we got in it and turned the air on. Having the air on already would have been nice. We were a later in the day check in, so sleeping that night was not the best as it was taking forever for the room to cool.

  : The room is decent, and I met a lot of nice people there. I like the location, the surroundings are quiet and pretty.
  : The pool area is in disrepair, it’s comfortable but needs repair. They don’t provide housekeeping unless you ask for it daily. The staff was not very friendly. They sell small bags of chips for $3:00, and other odd things.
