  : its a nice location right by the beach. cozy with nice views.
  : the remotes were all out of batteries. no early check in allowed but they expect you out by 10am? very small amount of time on the property itself because of these time restrictions. next door neighbors were also very noisy and smoking pot the whole time inside.

  : The property is within a very short walking distance to downtown Cannon Beach.
  : The property had not been cleaned well. There was left over pizza in the refrigerator and unused poop bags on the windowsill. Our barefeet quickly became dirty from walking on the floor. because it had not been mopped. There were not enough dishes and silverware. The unit sleeps six, I expected at least 6 sets of everything. Entering the unit through the community laundry room with a 10 code number was unsettling. Not having anyone on-site to help with issues was the worst. I waited over 15 minutes for my phone call to be answered when we accidentally were locked out of the unit without the code. No air conditioning on a hot weekend with only fans was unpleasant. The master bedroom could not be darkened completely due to a lack of a window covering on the high decorative window..
