  : Blue Bay is perfectly located on the cliff with excellent view over the see towards south-west. Beach is down the cliff and it is in lovely little bay.
  : There was a plenty of food (all meals included), however, only some of them were really perfect.

  : Terrible service provided by the hotel and its staff, ugly uncomfortable rooms, no good care about clients:- Very junior staff at the restaurant who does not spick good Italian or English (difficult communication);- Low quality of the food provided (do not chose the full board if you wanna try the Calabrian kitchen) - menus for lunch and dinner were not so good and with a pour variety (although we had a full board package we decided to eat outside the resort most of the time);- breakfast was not in line with Italian standards, especially for a 4 stars resort (empty buffet with really pour choice and sometimes pour quality);- no care about clients (nobody has never asked us how it was going), - No animation team/spectacles organised;- Rooms: not all the rooms have a view and our was super dark (and for >250 Euro per night you expect something more than that!); There are no blinds on the windows but poorly fitted blackout curtains are installed and we woke up early in the morning because of direct sunlight; from outside, other guests could see us in the room and we were forced to stay with the blackout curtains closed at all times (there are no day curtains). We complained about the room and the answer was no answer!- Lastly, but I was puzzled by this, at checkout they asked me to go back to the room to get and deliver the beach towels (that initially we found in the room) otherwise they would have charged us for them. Unbelievable!

  : air conditioner didnt work, pool was broken, can hear through walls and ceilings, the breakfast was terrible, multiple weddings were on during our stay which we could hear all night, food was average at best

  : We loved the kids facility that they had. Alessia was the main entertainer from FrancoRosso sea club team she was outstanding.
  : The beach didnt have toilet facilities or good place to eat lunch. The walk back up to the hotel from the beach is a killer.
