  : Easy access and secure. Room was a perfect size and lovely bathroom. Like they had a fan, which has been cleaned and worked very well. Had a fridge that everyone could use, which meant I could bring in food. The breakfast was well presented in little bags and was a nice breakfast. The housekeeper was very lovely and polite.
  : The cleaning wasnt excellent. There were cobwebs in the bathroom and hair left in the shower. There was also tape left on the ceiling by the bed. The breakfast was okay, the croissant was nice however for 2 mornings, I had one little slice of ham. Would also be nice, if you missed breakfast (as it comes in little bags) if it was put into the fridge. Also be nice if the pastry was different, as had the same for each day. Would be nice to have some Do not disturb signs, in case guests are saying in so they arent disturbed by the housekeeper.

  : 15min walk from city centre, so easy access to the city. Continental breakfast was good value for money, a ham and cheese croissant, sweet treats and access to yoghurt, fruit, cereal, tea, coffee, fruit etc.The flatscreen and firestick was a amazing addition to our evenings.Very affordable and was easy checking in ourselves, getting access to the room etc.Nothing to complain about the daily cleaning or the room in itself. Fluffy bathmat provided which was needed cause the tile floor when wet was lethal!
  : Bed is quite firm, now not necessarily a bad thing, I just prefer a softer mattress. I also wouldn't say rooms are soundproof as we heard our room neighbour quite a lot. It's also located in a slightly scruffy part of Cardiff and we often heard less than pleasant people during the night (no fault of the bnb) and the property that is wall to wall with the bnb was being renovated at the time so without fault at 8am we heard the builders arrive and start chucking things around and at 9am they started blasting music. Again, not any fault of the bnb but still something that people might want to be aware of. Note to future guest, take caution when using the toaster. We were brutally woken up by the firealarm on Saturday morning from someone that had been making toast..

  : well... i think the efforts of owner to make it a bnb were good, check in was smooth and cool
  : i cant say , to be honest i had a long conversation with owner and i shared my discomfort, we didnt stay there after first night, the moment we arrived i knew this place is not for us, the place was stinky, though room size was ok but it was not comfortable, shower was not so great but that was ok. The worst part was the neighbourhood, the owner told us that he / she cant change that but to be honest this is not the place to stay if you are with your partner or kids or family. A bit shady area, cant walk alone after dark, we almost encountered one.. anyway we left the place just after our first night and i had to book another place for the rest of the days, No sign of refunds or what even but we had to pay double for the time we spent in cardiff, you can still stay at this place if you dont mind above mentioned...

  : Breakfast was good, but the same every day. Coffee machine was excellent! The walk to city center took 10 to 15 minutes. Check in/check out was easy, and the key fob was easy to use. Nice shower with good water pressure and plenty of hot water.
  : Our room (2) could have used a foldable luggage stand and a small cabinet in the bathroom. There just wasn't enough space to put toiletry bags or suitcases.

  : Very comfortable bed and room . Excellent spot for us as we were able to walk to the good ethnic restaurants on City Road nearby and close to my sons house. We could also walk into centre of Cardiff easily

  : The room is clean and can use the refrigerator in the kitchen. Free parking on the street, just 1-2 min walk to the property. 5 min walk to Nata & Co Bakery for the yummy Portuguese tart.
  : The bathroom sink is small and not very good for washing face and filling up water for kettle. My room is at the front and bit noisy over the main road. If not open the window widely, then a bit less ventilated.

  : Nothing I didnt really like. Other than I think I really prefer a staffed location.
