  : My family and I enjoyed staying at this property. We felt that it was clean and well taken care of. It had all the basics that you would need in the kitchen and bathroom. We also really like the location. The lake is walking distance. It was a 5 min Drive to stores and restaurants. We also found a hill to go sled riding down near the townhouse. They also have a play station and a good number of dvds. They have a huge table that is comfortable to eat at. There is a washer and dryer in the townhouse and that was convenient.
  : I wish the check was a little later. The checkout was at 11 and 12 noon would have been better. The tv is a little small but we didnt go to Tahoe to watch tv so thats okay.

  : dated and the kitchen was poorly equipped (for example, only one very damaged skillet). overall, the fees were exorbitant. the total cost of this rental is VERY overpriced for what it was. after fees were added, I could have stayed at a much nicer airbnb or vrbo for a lower total.

  : The location was fantastic. Carnelian Bay is small and beautiful but also has a lot to offer. The location is just a stones throw away from the waterfront.
  : The place was nice but definitely not flawless. A couple problems I'd like to point out: First and most importantly I would highly recommend, for safety reasons, no one stay here with children smaller than 4, it is definitely not baby proof. Secondly the kitchen is a bit shabby. In particular, the cupboards/cabinets seem old and dingy. We also had some small appliances that weren't working properly, though the company running the rental was eventually able to provide us with replacement appliances. Lastly, the place seemed clean, but some of the white towels did have stains on them, and though I'm sure they were washed thoroughly, maybe should have been better off being replaced.
