  : All of the staff were amazing! Everyone was so nice and helpful and always smiling. Our personal needs were accommodated and staff was always ready to help.The hotel was clean. The rooms were clean and were a good size. They were basic but felt 'homely'- more like being in a bedroom instead of a hotel room. Housekeeping cleaned every single day- including mopping the main areas and vacuuming. Renovations are being made to update the property but that didn't interfere with our stay too much. The breakfast was simple yet decent (boiled eggs, toast, bagels, a lil fruit, waffles, oj, coffee). My hubby liked it and ate it every morning lol. The location was good! The beach is across the street. Actually it's across the highway but there is an overpass you can walk over. Food is everywhere but good food & chill spots are across the highway too if you don't want to drive. It felt safe to us but we're always on point. Just use your best judgement.It was a cool stay for our first time in PR.
  : Parking. There is a curb you have to go over to park on the property. The TV worked & had cable, but it needed to be updated to a newer, slightly bigger model.
