  : The noise coming from a cleaning van of the town early morning, though this was not the fault of the B&B.

  : it was lovely! comfortable, stylish, great location in town center, easy parking, great breakfasts, helpful staff.
  : the only downside are the entry stairs from the street to the rooms. They are very steep and narrow. For an elderly person with a suitcase, or anyone with even a small disability, they are very challenging.

  : We had a wonderful stay and the breakfast was lovely! Also everybody from the staff were very friendly! When we had a rainy day in the morning they immediately texted us to ask if we would like breakfast in the room. The room was well decorated, we totally loved it!
  : We had a room downstairs and we are used to live in a city so the sounds in the evening were fine by us but if you would like to have a bit more of silence I should recommend to book a room above.

  : Excellent location right in the center of Carovigno. Very modern property with a large and relaxing communal area containing a Jacuzzi. Very clean with a nice breakfast. We also received an upgrade to the Tower suite , which was appreciated !
  : The check-in process is cumbersome. Uploading documents in advance of the visit was time consuming. Then being asked to pay a very small city tax via a link (again in advance), providing card details, etc, was not necessary in my opinion. I would suggest that the person who meets/greets could take care of these details very quickly on arrival. While I would still strongly recommend this property as a a place to stay, I have to say that, as a customer, I found these steps frustrating.

  : It is a perfekt stay in carovigno. The hotel itself is wonderful.the Pool small but fine. the breakfast unusual .... because every day with something new. Difficult fresch fruits fantastic!
  : I didn't reed about the steps to the rooms and the breakfast Terrasse.... they are small and steep.Not easy for everyone

  : the location right in the center of the lovely authentic non-tourisitic town. the attention from from the staff who checked us in and looked after us. the cleanliness and the comfy bedding. the nice roof terrace for the guests to share.
  : the room's two windows - one in the door and the other next to the bed, making up most of the wall - face public areas and need to be shaded if you want privacy, and don't open, meaning you have no fresh air aside from a window behind the sink in toilet. a very sensitive motion sensor in the room flashes a green light every time you roll over in bed.
