  : Great location, and the staff is always friendly and nice. There is plenty of parking and food options nearby.
  : We reserved a pack-n-play for our 9-month-old baby and received a confirming email saying one would be available for us. I also called the day before we left on the trip to reconfirm that one was available and was assured it was. When we arrived later in the evening (9 p.m.), the staff member saw we had requested one but couldn't locate it in the building. She spent nearly 30 minutes (bless her!) trying to find one. She finally found one, but it was broken and not usable. Long story short, instead of driving to Walmart to buy one myself, I ended up fixing it with a plastic bag tied up as a cord -- sadly, there wasn't even any duct tape available to try and tape it back together. All this to say, Carrollton, please buy new pack-n-plays for families to use while staying with you, a small cost that will go a LONG way!

Disappointing

  : Thermostat in heater unit did not work. When attempting to lower temperature it just kept heating. Had to finally turn it off. Shower head clogged. Breakfast buffet did not have eggs, only an empty dried up serving pan. Juice machine only dispensing water.
