: Overall the building is new and good quality
: The staff is rude, the towels were not in the room. They came to check if the towels were really not present in the room. They did not trust me. :( Asked in advance to book they told me there is no room.

: The hotel was in a nice location, rooms were quite new looking and the pool was nice in the heat. The breakfast was good and although a buffet could not be put on due to COVID there was lots of options and the food was fast to arrive.
: The was no restaurant on site for lunch or dinner. The closest place for dinner was very expensive and the others a good 15 - 20 min walk away. This was disappointing when you were tired after a long day and did not want to go back out to eat.

: Nice hotel with outdoor swimming pool and beautiful indoor spa. Overall the facility is a good one. Staff is professional and kind, breakfast was generous.
: The spa is not included in the price and the use is strictly time limited, but that was highlighted before finalizing the booking. Unfortunately I picked up a very busy moment as Naple's football team was in the city for training and match, that doesn't make the city peaceful.
