  : The location couldnt be better, right in the centre of the beautiful Castellammare del Golfo, with an breathtaking view to ocean. It was amazing to relax in the swimming pool with ocean view and very nice staff at the end of the day, after the beach
  : We stayed in the studio, which is not exactly as staying in the hotel. In our eight-day stay, the room was cleaned only one day, we had to ask and pick up toilet paper at the reception. Moreover, theres no elevator to the third floor and we had to carry the luggage upstairs. Lastly, based on the photos, we thought this would be a two-room apartment, which was not.

  : We loved the pool, the friendly staff, the breakfast and the location. The view of the sea from the pool balcony and apartment was lovely. Well equipped kitchen
  : I think an extra 20 euros a day to clean and change towels is a bit steep, the coffee machine was hard to find capsules for, we had someone else's air con unit on our balcony which was always on...off putting when sat on balcony and the bed and pillows were uncomfortable

  : Separate apartments were very disappointing- super small bathroom, very sparse/not very comfortable beds, not very clean. Didnt have a hotel feel at all- only 1 housekeeping cleaning included for a six night stay. Had to get fresh towels/ toilet paper on our own every day. No elevator- had to get luggage to our room. Could hear other guests- especially in the mornings.

  : Wonderful view and stay. Loved the breakfast- although not included, it had great variety and good coffees made to order. Pool was beautiful and had a great view- nice to have the bar on site although 10 for a Spritz is high. Rooms were comfortable and clean, AC worked great. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great massage down in the Spa.
  : We didn't like that the hotel offered absolutely no housekeeping. 20 charge for linen change and housekeeping is crazy considering we stayed a full week. I could understand charging for a few night stay, but I think it should have been offered at least twice considering how long we were there. We had to get our own toilet paper, take out our own trash, and get fresh towels as needed. I've stayed in many hotels and I've never had a place charge for housekeeping while staying an entire week. For this reason, it was more like an AirBnb stay which I didn't like. We chose a 4 star hotel for 4 star amenities, and this was a huge disappointment for me. Staff was accommodating with requests for fresh items, but I don't think a 4 star hotel should force you to take out your own trash. You also had to pay 50c for individual coffee pods. Again, just not 4 star hotel behavior. We enjoyed our stay, but little stuff like this really missed the mark.

  : The hotel was very clean , the pool area is very clean with a great view and accessibility to sunbeds was excellent and people used beds as they needed thenm so there was always a supply. The staff were all very helpful. Having parking on site was a huge bonus.
  : Not much really - had a very enjoyable week . Would maybe have preferred first floor rooms but the ground floor had wonderful view of the sea from the room we were in. maybe vary the breakfast a bit but our stay was very pleasant
