  : The reception is open 24 hours, our flight was late and we collected the keys after midnight without any problem. The metro station is a few steps from the apartment. The same with a market or grocery shop.
  : The apartment looks like a used one, and it was not really clear inside. We had an unpleasant meeting with a cockroach once evening.

  : The price was ok
  : Most of the material were ancient and damaged. The chairs were dirty with the dark spots, the refrigerator was not functioning and more. The shocking thing is they didn’t refund my security deposit and i had to call them. They said they will check and call me after. And later they didn’t refund cause they told they found the 2 legs of the bed were broken how it can be possible when a single person used the bed and he did was just sleep, that’s it. We didn’t checked before because we trusted the establishment. And after they told they reduced the 105€ of 300€. I think they would have quiet till the end if I hadn’t call them. And still I am waiting for my refund. Let’s see till when ... please stop fooling the client and do your job properly. And well some of the staff there need to learn the meaning of guest handling or customer care.

  : Location is great for central Barcelona but not as shown on maps. It's not opposite the camp nou but a few blocks down. Bed was comfy and had clean linen.
  : Alot of bulbs not working, very tired looking apartment that needs some updating. Marked table in front of a TV that didn't seem very secure on the wall, very cheap looking kettle, toaster and other kitchen appliances.
