  : The location is very good, near the metro, the staff are friendly and respond rapidly to mails.
  : The rooms are small and the furniture needs to be changed, and some improvements done in bathroom. The photos that you see in presentation are either old or photoshoped. The block was under renovation when we booked and I hope there will be an elevator because the stairs are narrow and hard to climb if you have a big luggage. No air conditioning- in September we didn’t need it, but in summer I think it is necessary.
