Hotel Bagués is set in the restored El Regulador Palace once a jewellery workshop and it is built in a romantic classical style which gives it the Speciality Monument status. It still houses the Masriera Jewellery Museum. Rooms are decorated in deep colours with ebony furniture and details in gold leaf.

: All of the staff - from the doormen to reception to housekeeping to the bartender - were friendly, helpful and very professional. The shower was one of the two best we had during our month-long stay in Spain.
: I understand "boutique" hotels are often small, but the room was on the small side and the lighting was on the dark side - especially for a 5-star hotel. It's a small complaint but worth making.

: The staff were very kind and helpful!! They took our luggage up for us, had our room ready a little early, and even provided a map and highlighted places for us to go and see. They showed us to our room and showed us how everything worked, etc. The items in the fridge were free as well as some snacks which was VERY nice! They also helped us get a taxi when we were leaving. The room was very nice, comfortable and clean, and the wifi worked great. Loved having open windows and little balconies. Overall it was a wonderful experience and we would stay there again!
: Would love a clothes steamer in the room. Especially helpful for travelers!

: The staffs were so caring about everything you need and they were really kind & also helpful.Everything you need & everywhere you should visit in Barcelona are around you in this hotel.
: For me the room is small. You can hear the voice of other rooms and it is so noisy as the hotel is in a main street.
