  : Lovely staff, very helpful, let us leave luggage when we arrived early. Great spacious apartment. Location not bad, easy to walk to lots of places of interest. The lift was very old and very cute.
  : No tea towel or dishcloth, but I think that was just a mistake and we could have asked for these items.

  : 1. We arrived around 5pm and we were asked to walk around and wait for check in because cleaning wasnt finished! They knew about our arriving time (they asked about it several times) and we provided correct arrival time. There were no apology, just a fact that apartment isnt ready.2. Excessive communication prior to arrival. First fill in this form, then pay this fee, then pay deposit And its not one time thing, just do - and forget, it was done in different very very long messages and in different days. I understand all this steps, this is not my first booking, but for some reason i havent had such problem/feeling with any other property.3. Washing machine was running when we arrived and we had to unload the dishwasher by ourselves. We also was obligated to throw away out rubbish. If not - money for deposit would be taken. Why we pay for cleaning then? Just include it there. Its very inconvenient to go with suitcases and look for correct rubbish bin.4. All other things were already mentioned, small elevator that often doesnt work because someone forget to close the doors on other floor. One of the bathrooms is very small as well etc.

  : The location made it easy to access many important tourist attractions. The bedrooms were quite comfortable and the view from the balcony was lovely and entertaining. The elevator was beautiful...
  : There was not enough toilet paper for our first day. One evening, someone left the elevator doors open and we did not know what was causing the noise that kept us awake for much of the night...did not find out until the morning.

  : Very central, quiet, excellent location.Gorgeous view from the bedroom terrace. Very convenient to have 2 bathrooms.The elevator was so unique and Hogwarts -like. Charming!Shout out to Mireia for her kindness and recommendations. The gluten-free suggestions were amazing! We really appreciated the early check-in.

  : Beautiful apartment in a super central location. We were a group of 11 ladies and loved our stay. Well-equipped and comfortable, with a spacious living and dining areas, generous kitchen and comfortable beds and bedding, in a lovely historical building. Host was super responsive and helpful. Would not hesitate to stay again or recommend to friends. Thank you!
  : The only thing to note, which is clear from the photos so we were aware of it, is that ensuite bathrooms do not have doors. I feel like if this is remedied, the apartment would be essentially perfect.
