  : You will be charged approximately €70 cleaning fee. The flat will never be cleaned, apart from BEFORE your arrival. Shouldn’t the company do that anyway? You will have to buy your own detergent, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets etc. What is provided is kept to absolute minimum: 20 ml of washing up liquid and one laundry tablet. They will not collect your rubbish either. I was advised to go and search for the rubbish bin in the street: The bathroom is tiny. There’s no shelves for the toiletries. You will also need to provide a €300 security deposit, so be sure to check everything upon arrival and make photos. They will not explain it when and why they could keep the deposit. Taken the flat is not new, I wasn’t sure of how to prove something is not done/broken by me. It’s quite a hefty deposit for a weeks stay. The city view from the balcony is to old residential buildings.

  : Apartment in excellent location, just steps away from Girona metro. Spacious 3 bedroom apartment. I think with a little investment this could be a lovely apartment.
  : Apartment needs a little TLC. Needs to be painted and upgraded. Also a shelf in the bathroom would be a good idea. For 6 people, glasses etc were not very plentiful. Also stairs to the apartment which was on second floor had no working lights, was actually quite dangerous for walking up and down in the dark.

  : Location- Well-equipped kitchen with oven and dishwasher - A washing machine!- The main office was open at 10 am so we could pick up our key cards there, and they stored our luggage there till our check-in time, so we could start sightseeing as soon as we get there.
  : The bathroom needs to be updated. - The online check-in was a little complicated for me. - The sofa bed's locking mechanism didn't work.

  : location was very good. and space was good to arrange the 3 of us traveling together
  : it wasn’t in completely good state, considering the price, it was a but “run down”. the bathroom extractor was super noisy, and we found blood marks in one of the duves
