  : The beds were uncomfortable. My room seemed to be next to a drain and any time anyone turned on a tap or flushed the toilet it sounded like a waterfall right by my head. The rooms are extremely outdated and boiling hot.

  : Nice town, cool place in the middle of it. The street is quite narrow, with small kids a challenge. The albergo: a bit eclectic, funny, big room (had the one in the rooftop with 2 rooms, big bathroom). Nice. Pizza at the restaurant was good also.
  : The parking spot in the backyard is really very very small. Our SUV had 2milimeter left on each side.

  : NOTHING. HORRIBLE PLACE. Going to file a report for a full refund.
  : The absolute worst experience ever. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Pay more and go somewhere else !!!! The hotel AND rooms stink of OLD mouldy carpets. Our room had NO curtains and very depressing room atmosphere. I sat on the bed for 3 minutes and got BITTEN by bedbugs. I immediately went down to demand a refund as I couldnt stay a second longer. They offered to change my room which had curtains, but the carpet still stank. I asked for a refund but they refused it in the most rude way. We booked another hotel and stayed there the entire trip.

  : The Albergo Giardino is right in the middle of Cernobbio on lake Como. Cernobbio has a very narrow main street and the Albergo was in the central area, in an area controlled by traffic lights. This makes stopping at the hotel front door to unload your luggage difficult. Their private parking was good, though it could be difficult to access with a very large car. It is expensive at 15 a night. The room was small, but comfortable. We had a problem with the lavatory in the en-suite, as it ran water noisily all night keeping us awake. However, the proprietor was able to get it solved by a plumber for the second night.
  : We would have liked a bigger room with a sitting area. The breakfast room was closed for some unspecified reason. However, there is an excellent cafe across the road, where we breakfasted each day. The major problem is the expense of the restaurant. All the food on the menu was very expensive. The pizzas were more reasonably priced, but we were looking for a full restaurant meal, not a pizza. I had a pizza in the end and the mushrooms in it were not fresh, perhaps they came from a tin. The wines were also very expensive, the first on the list being 120! We found one at 35. However, on the next evening we found a restaurant nearby in Cernobbio, where the food and wine were better and less expensive. It is surprising that the wine was so expensive, as Italy is a country with a lower level of alcohol tax compared to France and the UK.

  : The motor of the ventilator in the bathroom was very noisy , it was malfunctioning. The sound proofing is quite low , if noisy outside you can hear everything
