  : The WiFi didn't work, the bar area is good but you cannot stay there after the bar closes at 10. The evening menu is set so some of our group only had half a meal as they couldn't eat what was on offer

  : Without the hostility we felt it could have been a decent place.
  : I have never felt discriminated in my life as much as before we spent a couple of days at Hotel Eliova L'Eau Vive. We arrived on a Wednesday evening and payed and stayed for two days including dinner etc... On the third day we extended our reservation for one more night because although we felt some hostility from the part of the service team we felt confident we can stay for one more night without any problems. On the third night after we extended our reservation they insisted we pay immediately for the room nevertheless they had all our bank and personal details at hand. They told us we could be criminals escaping off to Paris without giving them any reason to think so. They told us if we don't pay now 10pm at night they are going to call the police immediately. I've never been treated this way in my life before I think this is a perfect example of xenophobia.
