  : I made my reservation in Aug 2023 for a weekend in May 2024. The day before I am set to arrive, I get an email, not a phone call, but an email stating my reservation was canceled and they charged me 1 night. I called the hotel and was informed that the hotel was overbooked and they had to cancel my reservation. How did a room that was booked 9 months in advance overbook the hotel! The gentleman I spoke with Isiah was very apologetic but it didn't change the fact that I was driving 6 hours and now my room was canceled. It was funny to me that my room that was booked 9 months in advance was half the price they were now charging (they had the USA Cycling team booked in the area). They did end up finding us accommodations at a nearby hotel with a discounted rate - only problem was my original reservation was for 2 nights, when they called the other hotel they only booked us 1 night! I am very disappointed in Hilton and the manager of this property. There is NO way my reservation overbooked them.

  : My billing was messed up i booked through Booking.com and my bill was to be about 450. My wife turned in the room cards and got an invoice. I didn't see it until we arrived home it was $200 more. It then became a communication pain in the ass and it was finally credited back to us. Never had this happen before and planning on it not happening again. Sorry for Hampton

  : Room was not very clean. Wallpaper behind the bathroom door looked like a crime scene from Dexter. Hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Pillows were awful. Tv was 10 years out of date. No ability to use your own streaming services. I went to Best Buy and bought a Roku

  : Breakfast says it is included but there is no breakfast. The location is unsafe. Various drug users were standing outside as I pulled in. I was offered drugs. Checking in, there was a giant yellow stain on the bed.

  : Breakfast selections were great. Location was ideal because it's close to everything. We only needed to stay in Charleston for one night, so it was ok to stay.
  : Hotel had an odd smell to it. Appears older inside with stains and older looking stuff (like shower, etc). The beds weren't very comfortable and make a horrendous noise. Pillows were so hard they hurt my ears. Location appears to be where all the homeless gather.
