  : The location was good and it's near my office. It had a kitchen, a bedroom, and a separate bathroom. So, it was spacious. But, it wasn't new as I thought. The couch was old and etc.
  : 1. I specifically ask them to make sure the tv is working before the arrival, but they haven't and it didn't work2. Check-in process was so frustrating. I came from the airport using an uber and he dropped me near the key box where I have to get the keys. But when I checked, there was a note saying that we have to pick up the keys from building1. I had to walk all the way to the other end with my luggage and all my bags for that. 3. My flight was delayed for a couple of hours and I asked them whether it's okay for me to check out around noon or so. They just said no straightforward. They are not flexible. By 11 sharp there will be a person knocking at your doorsteps to get the keys.
