  : The location was perfect for what we came for. It was only a few blocks walk to the concert venue. I LOVED the ceiling fan in the room. All hotels should have them.
  : Some areas of the hotel seemed like they could use updating. I’m sure it is difficult as it seems like an older building. Also our room was at the end of the hallway and that is also where housekeeping left the cleaning cart and other items. Would have preferred to not see it, but it is what it is and it didn’t hinder our stay.

  : I liked that the staff was able promptly accommodate by changing my room when there was an issue
  : Unfortunately this was not a good stay., overall. The first room was very damp and the wood floors were very oily. There were rust spots throughout, on anything metal. The door frames, lamps, door knows, as well as throughout the bathroom. The toilet seat was broken and off to the side. The water in the bathroom sink sprayed all over the counter and floor. The lamp shades and pictures were covered in dust. The material on the outside of the refrigerator had come off and rusting. The inside of the refrigerator had an orange staining around the door. The freezer was the same and ice build up. There was dirt and hair build up across the baseboards and the surface on both night stands were peeling off severely. And the white comforter had black and yellow stains. The white sheets underneath and above the comforter were clean.After changing my room this was the second room experience. This room was also very damp and the same oily film across the floor. There were 3 very small ants crawling across the white comforter. There were also a few ants on the floor. In the bathroom the ants were all over. They were piled in the shower and on the base of the toilet. Piled up behind the toilet. I was immediately changed to the third room. There was the same dampness and oily floor. I slipped while walking in tennis shoes. There were a few of those tiny ants on the floors. Photos are submitted however only four was the max offered.
