  : Bed - most comfortable I have experienced. Location great. Views superb. kitchen and all appliances. Doormen were friendly and accommodating. Prompt return of security deposit was appreciated.
  : Protocols and administration by owners. Too many long, wordy emails about rules. regulations, "don't do this, don't do that". And I received about four all-page rulings repeating again what not to do in apt. It was like being a new schoolboy with instructions from head master. I am a well-travelled 76-year old ex diplomat and was surprised at the owner's attitude. Quite unnecessary - one long email setting out the STRICT rules would suffice. Even matters like removing outdoor shoes before entry, no blood or other substances on sheets (including oils !). Made me feel very UNWELCOME. They should not apply all these regulations - I had booked thinking it was a hotel serviced apartment not something independent. All monies had to be paid in advance of arrival. NO admittance before 4.:00pm and out by 10:00am NO LATER. Ridiculous. I am solo, did not use cooker, microwave, dishwasher and left everything clean and tidy. My flight home was not until 9:15pm, so I had to spend from 10:00am until my car at 4:00pm pick-up in limbo. Although the apartment was comfortable, except too cold and warm air blower DID NOT WORK, I found the admin side UNACCEPTABLE. So beware of all these tight regulations before entering into a booking. Otherwise, comfortable place to stay.

  : Great apartment and conveniently located. Was exactly what we needed for this trip. Apartment is clean and had everything we needed.
  : Was slightly more expensive that expected for the apartment. But also understand that it was marathon weekend so made sense for the prices to be higher than expected.

  : Excellent location. Big spacious apartment. Good view from the balcony. Well stocked kitchen and the supermarket downstairs is convinient.

  : We had a hard time with the tv in the living room as it would go in and out and could not get the tv in the bedroom to work at all.

  : The property contains everything that you need for a stay. Very well equipped kitchen with lots of basics included.

  : They required a manually printed sheet to check in which was a big hassle as I was traveling for work and not aware. Ultimately it was effectively an Airbnb because of the limited services provided. The property was nice but NOT well suited for business travel.
