  : I paid for this stay and they never answerd. Whe I got someone on the phone they told me Bookings canceled ny reservation. Worse experience ever. I would lie to be refunded!
  : Poor service and they lied about the reservation. We were put out and had to stay in another hotel, Last minute.

  : After we checked out, the hotel charged a $190 reservation processing and amenities fee. This was not in any of the hotel details when booking the room. On top of that, there are very few amenities. No staff, no vending, no room service, no housekeepin

  : Nice big room, comfortable bed, nice coffee bar in lobby.
  : Did not like contactless check in and no one at the “front desk.” Did not like that they wanted a copy of my driver’s license. They do not need that information, nor did I agree to it. Poor communication between the “front desk” and staff. I texted two times for a late checkout and got no reply. Someone (automated) finally texted about a late checkout, which I wanted. The cleaning staff knocked on our door 5 times despite have a do not disturb sign and the late checkout. The hotel is on a very busy and loud strip. The restaurant across the street played music so loud in the morning we could feel it in our room. Lots of police and people hanging out in the streets at night. Felt a bit unsafe.

  : Great location, rooms were clean, was given sodas & waters which is so helpful on trips. Overall would recommend this property.
  : There was 0 staff around at all. It was hard to get help if you needed it. Bag storage is in a cleaning closet in the basement of the shared (unfinished?) restaurant & hotel. Waited additional 20 minutes to have bags stored when we scheduled a drop off time. Had to ask for the wifi

  : Literally no staff on hand Can't access the lobby as the front door are always locked. No place to store luggage prior to check in (an unfinished, dirty room was provided. No restaurant or bar on site. No parking on site.
