  : Issue with boilers meant indoor facilities weren't fully operational until mid day, we weren't notified of this when we arrived or given an option to rebook for another day.The outside pool, whilst lovely and warm was over chlorinated which irritated our eyes and was really dirty, dirt and debris could be seen all around the edges. The indoor pool was also not that clean with sand and debris on the steps and around the edges. The caf staff, whilst nice and polite, appeared to not care very much about their venue, dirty crockery was left for hours on tables outside and in. The management appeared to take little pride in their facility, much of the Spa furniture looked worn and tired (one of the cuddles Chairs was coming apart and cut my hand), we noticed dirty plates and glasses from at least the night before out on the lawn and by the lake when we arrived, which were still there when we left the next day. Bedroom was clean and tidy but decor tired and bathroom dated.1

  : The Buffet at breakfast was very good with a variety of choice. however, I do think that teas and coffees should be served in teapots and coffee containers instead of self service. It would also be nice for toast to be served instead of having to wait in line to use the toaster.
  : Towels and gowns being left on the water beds and chairs in the Spa, they should be moved after a certain time. The Spa area needs to be kept more tidy even though it is clean.
