  : Location, location, location!!! It's only 30 minutes away by car to the Clearwater Beach, Indian Rocks Beach, or Treasure Island. There's also a Costco Warehouse and Gas Station that's less than 20 minutes away. Plenty of outdoor parking spaces and the lobby is very welcoming with fresh coffee, hot water, and a wide variety of tea. I really enjoyed the breakfast experience. The food is very delicious, especially the waffle batter. I don't know how they prepare it, but the waffles always came out perfect when I used the waffle maker. The dining areas are always kept clean and I noticed that the staff constantly goes around wiping down tables.
  : The swimming pool is nice, but it's not the cleanest. We have found several critters swimming in the pool along with some clumps of hair balled up lying at the bottom of the pool.

  : The hotel is far from our points of interest... our purpose was to visit a friend, and the current location of Hampton Inn is far from the previous.
