  : An excellent overnight stop. Very large and well equipped room and excellent value for money. Restaurant was modern in style and had very good food at reasonable prices. Cooked breakfast was made freshly to order and was very good. Plenty of parking available.

  : The location was close to amenities. The breakfast was really nice
  : The cleanliness - lots of cobwebs in the bathroom and numerous spiders in the corners of the room where it hadn’t been dusted properly. Mattresses was worn to the point my partner could feel the springs when she was sleeping. However, I didn’t have this issue in my side of the bed.

  : Great food in the separate restaurant, but that’s about it.
  : Rooms need a huge refresh! Very smelly throughout the hotel side, the lights turned off randomly in the room - seems like it needs a rewire.Dirty fixtures and furnishings, bathroom hadn’t been adequately cleaned for us.Both my wife and I struggled to sleep in the bed, it was like a slab of concrete.No plug sockets near the bed, no TV remote and was almost impossible to get the very old TV to work on the unit. Fire Alarm test at 7:55am on Saturday morning - mental!The restaurant appears to be separate to the hotel, and is advertised this way. The food was excellent, the staff were nice, but the place was disorganised and staff kept apologising for this - without us prompting. Would never stay here again.
