  : Lovely setting among orange trees. A short walk to the beach or local restaurants (5 mins). Good WiFi. Great breakfast, different each day. Room was quite large with nice balcony. Great value for money. Good blankets for colder nights.

  : Location is good, close to the restaurants and the beach. Room is large. Owner Cemil was friendly. Nice garden.
  : Shower handset was leaking water from the sides, needs to be replaced. Breakfast was ok but could be better. (there was a very tiny piece of cheese, just a few olives.. others were ok.)

  : Room was very comfortable and clean, very good wi-fi, nice walking distance to the see, tasty breakfasts, and the nature outside, of course.
  : Almost no negative impressions. Smell from the shower sink (cleaned after complaint), a little noisy, but that's location specific issue.

  : - The host Cemil bey was polite - Breakfast at the property was tasty - The atmosphere was calm and relaxing. - Takes 10 mins to walk to the beach.
  : - Internet speed in rooms is slow and if one needs to connect for work purposes, best chance is to use internet from the common area. - I found the lady helping around the house to be slightly irritant and annoyed of guests. Never saw a welcoming smile on her face which sometimes made me uncomfortable to use facilities in the kitchen because I felt she might say smth.

  : 1) Our apartment was fantastic! For a family of four, we had two adjacent sleeping spaces, two bathrooms, a living room and a full kitchen. The space was perfect for us. 2) Everything was very-very clean! Aynura, the hostess, does fantastic job keeping everything very clean. 3) The host Cemil was very friendly and helpful! He taught us some Turkish words and shared great stories. When he was going to a city 40 min away, he offered to take me and my sister along. He brought us to the local bazaar, showed us the trusted merchants, introduced us to the people he knew who could keep an eye on our bags of produce while we continued shopping. He also showed us a place to shop for clothes if we wanted. He took us to a wonderful local bakery/cafe, introduced us to the owner, and we had coffee and dessert together. That trip to Kumluca was one of the highlights of our stay. During the same trip Cemil also bought fresh fish at the bazaar and he cooked it for our family the next night. It was the most delicious fish we've ever had!! And he even taught our 6-year old how to properly eat the fish to avoid the bones, which was very sweet. 4) When my mom and I caught a bad cold/flu during the trip, we needed to go to a hospital (in Kemer), and Cemil kindly helped us arrange a transfer with a very helpful driver. He and his wife also gave us local herbs and honey to help us recover. 5) Cemil's elderly parents live in a separate house on the property and it was heartwarming to see them smile and wave back at us when we greeted them with "Merhaba!" every time we passed by. We wish we spoke Turkish, because it would be nice to talk to them. 6) The hosts have a wonderful son. Friendly, adorable, wonderful boy! We enjoyed meeting him, and our girl enjoyed playing with him and swimming together. 7) We really enjoyed fresh oranges and lemons from the trees on the property.
