  : Rooms were notably modern, large and clean with a comfortable bed and plenty of pillows. The kitchenette was great for morning breakfast. Free use of kayaks and beach toys/chairs and even coolers was a great addition for our stay. The rooftop area with tall Adirondack chairs was a beautiful spot for watching sunsets over the river. Laundry facilities were also available for a reanable price. Keyless doors were awesome (no searching for keys!) The pool was clean and decent sized with beautiful bathrooms as well as outdoor showers to rinse off! Location was great for access to Cocoa beach, Kennedy Space Center and Orlando about 1 hour away!
  : A few things needed to be fixed at this motel such as the ice machine and grille. Our unit 12 had a brand new a/c unit and was tricky to figure out to make it a little bit warmer in the room. Location was great if you love the river! The ocean is across a very busy street (traffic sounds) and we didn’t take a chance so we drove across.The owners/caretakers weren’t on site all the time which made it a little difficult for getting more towels and refills on kitchen supplies such as coffee pods. (The restaurant across the street “Taco City” has taco Tuesday specials and the food was great!

  : There is no doubt that this delightful studio is very stylish and situated in a beautiful location overlooking the river with the beach and ocean just across the road. Security and facilities, I.e. swimming pool and roof terrace were excellent.
  : Although the studio was well equipped with towels and body products, things like cutlery, crockery, glasses, kitchen utensils, water jugs and bowls were all lacking. It wouldn’t cost much to supply them. Considering the rental cost I would expect them to be provided.We were also disturbed during the night by an annoying intermittent buzz coming from either the AC unit in the bedroom or adjacent apartment.

  : Private - Gated compound gave the aire of being a private and secluded location. Quiet - easy to forget there were other guests. Walking distance from the beach. Tranquil riverside view. Plenty of outdoor seating by the river. Kayaks available for use. Pool available for use. The upper level viewing deck is great for watching the sun rise over the ocean or sunset over the river. Spacious room with modern bathroom decor. Check in and check out was super easy. Received plenty of relevant communication from the office regarding checking in and checking out. Clean room. Plenty of wardrobe storage. Beach towels provided. Didn't use the laundry facilities, but one is available for use.
  : Minor things - coffee maker in my room didn't work, corn hole game missing bean bags, and personal preference, but the beds in my room were too soft.
