  : Breakfast options were terrible. No fresh fruit except overripe bananas. So much artificial sweeteners. Waffle mix offered no plain option, just artificially flavored batters. Yuck. No healthy, unprocessed items on offer.

  : The hotel is close to a lot of restaurants and shopping. The evening clerk was extremely nice and helpful.
  : The clerk who checked me in was not friendly at all. In the first room I was sent to, the sheets were dirty.and it looked like someone had already slept in the bed. I was given a second room, and although the sheets looked much better, I was disappointed that the duvet AND the insert needed to be cleaned. The Hampton Inn is the most expensive hotel in the Martinsville area and the average charge for a room is $180 per night, and often goes above $200, I can, and have booked hotels in large suburban areas for less and they are 4, sometimes 5 star hotels. I expect more from the Hampton Inn, especially for the price they are charging.

  : The location was perfect for our planned trip. Loved the breakfast and the friendly staff
  : Unfortunately, one of our keys didn't work, so we had to run back down for that. Then we find out the sheets we're soiled. The plus side, your staff was extremely quick in fixing the issue.

  : WAY TOO EXPENSIVE-$300+ for one night is RIDICULOUS! I expect this in a larger metropolitan area-not in Martinsville for one night. This is crazy. Also asked for a room away from elevators and was put right across the floor elevator. NotPaying $300+ for this again. I’ll stay in a camper in a Wal-Mart parking lot!

  : Quick, easy check in and check out process. Friendly front desk clerk when checking in. I like the location, staff was friendly. Breakfast was nice. Decent size room/bathroom. Good hot water. Good AC /heating system.
  : Room had a stale odor. Bedding covers was outdated with a slightly smell, blanket covers look old. Shower liner was too short.
