  : The kitchen had pretty much everything we needed to cook, everything looked clean and tidy, there was enough room for all four of us to sit together and hang out, there were three beds, the location was quite close to everything we wanted to do and see, the decor was cute and modern, it didnt take long for the water to get hot, the house smelled really nice, there was plenty to watch on TV, there was a DVD player, when there were people in the other house they were really quiet and respectful, there were tiki torches in the back to add a little light when we were hanging out at night.
  : The beds and couch were uncomfortable to sit/lay on for long periods of time so we would wake up with sore backs and shoulders, because the house has forced heating it seemed to take longer for the whole house to warm up than if it would have had central heating, the lockbox gave us a bit of trouble opening up, we had to park in an alleyway which gets quite dark and sketchy at night.

  : The total stay was wonderful with the exception of the sofa...we utilized the bar stools more than the sofa because it was just that hard, and uncomfortable. Truly loved everything else!
  : Sofa and bed in front bedroom needs a mattress pad.

  : This property has every comfort of home provided. Would be perfect for small families, groups or couples.
  : Had a problem with the lock box, but fortunately cleaning person arrived, and was able to give me a key. Would give this place a 10 rating had it not been for the $150.00. Cleaning fee that was tacked on after I booked. The place was in immaculate condition upon my arrival. That being said the only thing left to be done for the next visitor was for the 1 bed I used to be made and to turn on the washing machine for the three hand towels I used. A nominal cleaning fee is expected. However that was equivalent to half my airfare or could have been close to staying somewhere else for two nights. Fee needs to be far more transparent. Loved the place, but would not have booked if I would have known about this ridiculously high additional fee!!!

  : The kitchen was very nice. The blankets or sheets are fantastic.The house was decorated very nicely.
  : The sofa was very uncomfortable.We missed having grass in the yard. Outdoor furniture uncomfortable.
