  : The two bedrooms towards the street were OK with comfortable beds but we could not sleep due to noise from the street all night. Walking distance to train station. Internet OK after we had manage to figure out what the password was.
  : Dirty. Smelly. VERY noisy at night. Apparently the flat is situated on Copenhagens party street. Impossible to sleep in the two bedrooms towards the street. Weird set-up with 3rd bedroom outside of the flat. Who would let children sleep ouside of the flat in an old smelly storage room with electrical wires hanging from the walls ? This room was so small one could not even open the door fully. Since there was no keys, the persons sleeping in the storage room could not get into the main flat. Curtains missing in kitchen so everybody had to get dressed in the morning before going to the kitchen to make breakfast. Broken dirty kitchen utensils. Dirty hotplates. Host did not answer emails. No detergent for dishwasher or dishbrusch. Lack of toilet paper. No shower curtain meant water went everywere on the floor. Shower and WC were in the same room which is not good enough for an appartment for 5-6 people.

  : The location was both the best and worst thing about the apartment. It is really downtown so you are always close by but there were so many nightclubs and bars with a lot of noise and racket and it was difficult to sleep due to the noise. The apartment was large and semi comfortable

The beds and pillows were not great. The 3rd bedroom was across a hall so we did not want to keep the kids there and therefore it was unused.

  : This property is situated on a party street, which is ideal if that is why you are in Copenhagen. It is amazingly central, so also ideal if you are profoundly deaf and want to visit sites close to the centre. Not so good if you can hear and wish to sleep. One of the local bars closes at 5am on some nights, most of the revelling dies down around 2am. I know this first hand. The rooms are very spacious and airy, in a beautiful old building. The apartment is certainly not claustrophobic. The kitchen is fully equipped with generous plates/cutlery/utensils - better than average. A good sized fridge and freezer help. The host was responsive through booking dot com and a welcome gift was a nice touch.
  : The curtain hooks were broken in 2 of the rooms, so that it was impossible to properly limit light ingress. This was reported immediately and only one room fixed during our stay despite several communications. The light switch for the main 2 bedrooms turned central lights on in both, or off in both, and plug availability was sparse, with daisy-chained adapters in place to help out. There were missing bulbs, a faulty plug socket, a bedroom bizarrely far from the main flat so that I wouldn't leave a young child there - it felt outside the main apartment. Some of the glasses were put away dirty. The front door lock appeared to be faulty - though security felt fine as the internal lock was secure. Lack of sleep and spending too much time trying to fix issues did mar our stay. I asked for consideration for a refund and am still waiting to resolve that.

  : The Host was quick to respond. However, after I left, I received an email from them -via booking.com- asking me for a 10 star review, and IF I gave it to them, they would reciprocate and give me a good review! This is so misleading because on booking.com the guests are not reviewed! This is would explain WHY they have so many 10 star reviews lately. I cannot in good conscience mislead people into staying at this nightmare of an apt.
  : Not clean- I found hairs on my pillows & sheets and stuck to the bathroom walls in multiple places. The walls in the bathroom are dirty. I would only shower with my sandals onsomeone elses hair was stuck to the upper walls They need better housekeeping. ALL Photos provided are from the moment we walked in the door. Broken curtains in the bedroom STILL after months of several bad reviews mentioning this problem. Another broken curtain in the living room that doesnt go all the way down, so everything you do is visible from the courtyard. No window coverings AT ALL in the hallway or kitchen. You cannot walk around the apt or go to the bathroom at night unless you are fully clothed- absolutely ZERO privacy. The front security door from the street- is STILL broken after other reviews have also mentioned this problem from months ago. The WiFi instructions in the welcome email have the wrong password!!! It is misspelled. It has an extra letter. We wasted a lot of time trying to sort that out. One light switch controls the light in BOTH bedrooms, so that means both guests have to agree when they want to turn the lights out- this is ridiculoushire an electrician! This is an easy fix. The Kitchen sink faucet needs to be replaced. It is essentially broken & INCREDIBLY difficult to turn off, also mentioned in previous reviews. Checkout instructions were given out like an Airbnb, to take out the trash and to clean the kitchen. I did not book an AirBnb, the housekeeper should do that. Noise from bars at night until 4 am & then early banging at 5am from a garbage truck & businesses, made It is impossible to sleep. Overall the space is not relaxing and it was very frustrating to stay in. This is a very honest review. I wish I didnt fall prey to all the 10 stars reviews left recently, and someone had left me an honest review. This apt is just a step above camping outside.

  : The apartment was clean, large, close to shops, restaurants, places to visit and the public transport.
  : The noise was late in the evenings; there were several clubs on the street, the music was very loud, making it difficult to sleep. There was noise from people in the street well past midnight, even with the windows tightly closed it was very annoying and hard to sleep.

  : Loved the location, the comfy beds, well stocked kitchen and the helpful hosts.
  : We felt quite overlooked by people coming and going in the courtyard. Thursday and Friday nights it was very noisy with people drinking and partying until the early morning. The third bedroom is not located in the apartment, which didnt matter to us as we didnt need it, but If you are travelling with multiple children it wouldnt be ideal.
