  : As soon as we arrived I reported that the fridge and freezer were not working and so we spent the entire stay without this appliance and had to throw away food and medicines. After 10 minutes of checking in, my 5 year old son cut his hand on some glass that was already on the floor when we arrived (very dirty apartment). To remedy all this, the landlord promised to refund me one of the four nights if I only left 10 stars on booking.com, I left them as agreed but despite various reminders he never provided the refund. Ultimately they have terrible customer support and after this last behavior I can say that they are dishonest people

  : Location was very central, very near to the main shopping street 'Stroget'. Plenty of restaurants/ food places nearby. Although there were sex shops nearby on the same street, this was not an issue and we felt safe ( travelled with 4 children). Very easy to walk to most attractions. Excellent prompt communication from the hosts Nest, throughout the trip. Spacious apartment, 4 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms both with showers, and one with a bath as well. Dishwasher, washing machine and dryer ( although we only used the dishwasher). No issues with smells in the bathroom No issues with access even though we arrived late in the evening. Instructions were clear. Apartment was clean on arrival.
  : On arrival one of the toilet seats was broken, but Nest responded quickly and fixed this. The instructions given for the wifi were incorrect, they were for an old router that wasn't connected, but there was an Orbi router in the kitchen, and once we connected to this, had good internet speed with no issues. Fans, kettle and toaster a little old, but again Nest responded and said they would rectify this for future guests. Curtains a bit thin, so front bedroom got bright early, pack an eye mask. Upshot though was apartment was bright and airy. Parts of the apartment look sparse and a little dated, but we didn't have an issue with this and felt the central location more than made up for this.

  : Location was fabulous, right in the city centre, so easy to walk everywhere!Bedrooms were lovely, nice views to the street below snd very spacious living area and separate kitchen area.
  : When we arrived the cleaning lady had only just arrived even though we arrived at the check in time of 4pm. None of the beds were made and the bathrooms and living areas had not yet been cleaned so we could not check in until 6pm despite a day of travelling. This was frustrating, especially when our check out time was not extended as a result of this delayed check in. Timing of cleaning was completely off and was annoying to have to wait so long to check in.

  : Great location and is very spacious, we have organized colleagues meeting in the apartment, and was very appropriate and met the expectation. Recommend for groups and friends. The bathtub was amazing.
  : Well, there was a very bad smell in the apartment the first day from the sink and toilets, probably because of the sewage system as the building is very old, but we have contacted the owner and they have sent a team that fixes the problem with in a day. I can't say that was very luxurious as was written in the description but had all the basic amenities.

All the issues from precedent reviews of other guest were solved by the time we arrived, so congrats on that! Very promt and efficient personal with all the questions adressed:))

  : The only positive aspect of the place was its location, but when there is a strong odor emanating from the washrooms, it becomes difficult to fully appreciate the location..
  : I am extremely furious and disappointed with this apartment! Let me start by emphasizing how many times I had to request, even before our arrival, for them to check the drainage and cleanliness of the washrooms. Despite my repeated pleas, what greeted us upon arrival was the presence of the cleaning lady, who nonchalantly claimed that the solution to the foul odor was simply opening the windows. Are you kidding me? I had emailed them numerous times, days in advance, explicitly mentioning the previous negative review about the drain blockage, and they had reassured me that special attention would be given to the smell issue. But guess what? Absolutely nothing was done! It's beyond infuriating.I didn't stop there, of course. I sent them another email, expressing my frustration, and what did they have the audacity to respond with? A half-hearted promise that someone would come tomorrow. Wow, thanks for nothing! Eventually, they did send someone the next day, and while there was a slight improvement in the smell, it still lingered in the air. It was far from satisfactory.And let's not even get started on the condition of the floor. The wooden flooring was in such deplorable shape, completely different from what they had presented in the pictures. Walking barefoot on it was out of the question. You'd need to wear slippers constantly, or risk subjecting your feet to excruciating pain from the damaged floor. It's absolutely unacceptable. Their lack of concern, poor maintenance, and false representation have left me seething with rage.

  : The apartment was large and very good for our group of 6 and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware. It was also well stocked with toilet paper but not much else. If you rent this place, bring your own shampoo and soaps.
  : The lighting was terrible...light bulbs were missing in numerous lamps. The small bathroom had a gross shower curtain on it and the drawers were falling out of the vanity. The back bathroom was better except for the fact that when you ran the washer, a gross sewer smell would happen. We had to open the windows to air the place out. The main door to the apartment house had a lock but it did not work, all you needed to do was give the door a good push and it opened. This place looked so much nicer in the photos. I am shocked that Booking has this place as a listing.
