  : The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood, near the Kastellet and the little mermaid (you can even go by walking there). You will find a lot of transport choices around the apartment, bus or underground. The heat is good as well.
  : The cleaning was awful. We found yellow dirt inside the glass of the bathroom when you are supposed to leave the toothbrush. Besides, the mattress and the duvet got blood stains. There were huge stains and the first night they didn't fix it (they change them the second one), so we sleept using them. Really disgusting. The hard sponge was old and full of food rests from the guests before us. We ask for other one and we got another old and dirty that we never use. They really need to improve the cleaning. I probably won't repeat.

  : Good location, close to the metro station. The apartment has a big bedroom with a comfy bed and big kitcken with all appliances you need.
  : The bathroom should be upgraded, it's outdated. The shower was grimy so was the rubber squegee broom, you need one as there is no shower door. The paint on the bathroom window glasses is peeling off at the edges, so i was a bit concerned that people can see inside as the apartment is on the ground floor - the venetian blind didn't provide a perfect coverage as the bottom slats don't pivot properly.Wi-Fi didn't work the 1st day, i messaged the owner 3 times via booking.com but i only got a message the next day saying that they don't monitor emails and i should have called them. I must say that making international phone calls can be very expensive, the number provided wasn't a WhatsApp number, so i couldn't text them. Also, before my arrival, i got a respnose to my texts right away so it was a bit strange learning about texts not being monitored.Anyway, the Wi-Fi was sorted on day 2, i was given the details of a different Wi-Fi name and password.I would recommend updating the guest handbook, especially the Wi-Fi details as those hand written items are very difficult to read, plus the Wi-Fi details are incorrect. Laminated version would be nice. Also providing a WhatsApp number would be very beneficial.

  : Excellent location and the apartment was nicely furnished including a decently equipped kitchen.
  : We had to do a lot of tidy up according to a checklist where it was written that they will charge us if the kitchen wont be cleaned, although we paid a cleaning fee in advance (125Eur), which is a lot for 2 days especially if there was not too much to clean after us.
