  : The Location was great.
  : Currently surrounded by scaffolding and building is under renovation which we were not notified about. Early check in refused despite no guests checking out and when we arrived at 4pm to discover the scaffolding the host office had coincidentally shut for the day!Corporately managed and nearly impossible to contact host when problems occur as phone goes to voicemail and email link inoperative.Bathroom is a disaster and hot water almost impossible to obtain.Bathroom floods as the drainage seems to be blocked and you cant use the bath due to poor water pressure and virtually no hot water.You have to run the shower for ages to get tepid water and that causes bathroom to flood too.Absolutely the worst bathroom facilities we have ever had.We reported this and someone was supposed to come but never arrived and host could not be contacted. Our initial Complaint was registered and we have been offered a partial refund as according to the host there was no other accommodation available and the other option was a full refund and having to source our own accommodation .The refund has not yet arrived in our account. Apartment is large and pleasant if somewhat impersonal .Kitchen is adequately supplied but is a bit worn and the fridge has an enclosing door which does not shut. The one mirror is in the bathroom and is inadequate.You have to plug the hairdryer in the kitchen .Try getting ready when the bathroom is flooded and water is spilling into the corridor!

  : Location is excellent. In centre of Nyhavn with bus and boat tours right outside apartment. Plenty bars and restaurants on doorstep.
  : The building was a construction site surrounded by scaffolding and plastic sheeting so advertised partial view of canal was covered up. Construction work started outside bedroom window at 7am so wakened early every day. Apartment is 2 floors up reached by stone spiral staircase and quite a climb for older people or if not very fit. Kitchen badly in need of new units and work tops and condition put us off preparing any food.

  : It was advertised to have a dryer and wifi and it had neither (I understand the wifi was having issues). I do appreciate that I was given a partial refund for these issues.

  : Great location, no doubt about it. Very close to good restaurants, the mall, etc.. Decor is nice, just like the pictures. Hot water is working. Overall the apartment is clean and good. Facade renovation is already done before our stay. Will stay here again ONLY IF elevators are operational and if they cleaned the area near the apartment entrance.
  : Flooring was creaky. Not enough kitchen lights, but we didn't use the kitchen much anyway - there's a creepy door at the back of the kitchen but we didn't mind it. Lifts were the main issue, it is undergoing installation during our stay, so no choice but to use the stairs. Not good for families with elders and heavy suitcases, extremely inconvenient since the room is a few floors up. But once the elevators are running, surely I will rate this room higher.The way to the entrance to the apartment has a lot of trash, making it hard to go to the lockbox. In the pictures it is supposed to be where to park bicycles, but they used the area to dispose garbage due to ongoing renovations/construction.
