  : The front desk gal was very nice, as was the cleaning staff.
  : The first room we were given was on the first floor and upon entering we turned on the a/c to a horrid mold smell and loud clanking noise, we asked to change rooms as we were staying for 5 nights, in which they moved us to the 2nd floor. The linens were thread bare and very worn/torn, burn holes and stains on comforter, mold stains on shower curtain and mold in shower, not clean, lights/a/c only worked if you put a key card in a holder to turn them on, windows were broken and would fall out if you tried to open them, the 2nd floor reeked of curry as I believe the owners live in one of the rooms, it was blazing hot as there was an a/c unit to cool the hallway but the owners turned it off immediately if it was turned on, lots of dogs barking as it is very pet friendly, the breakfast offered nothing fresh, no elevator, and the owner was not welcoming or friendly at all. He would just stand out front with his arms crossed staring at people as they came and went, no smiles, or hellos. Lastly, lots of empty boxes thrown in front of the place as you walk in the main entrance on the "porch" area. It wasn't welcoming at all.

  : It is convenient and reasonable priced, room was nice .
  : The bed was very uncomfortable. It makes a horrible noise and was hard. The fitted sheet kept wanting to come off .
