: At the arrival we have been told that booking did communicate them our reservation despite we communicated via bookings chat with them.there were no more rooms available and the soliton proposed from the owner were one room with the handle broken so we couldnt close the door and another apartment out of the bnb with a strong smell of gas. they refunded us the price we paid on booking but definitely not rely on them if the reservation is made on booking the they before. They said booking didnt advise us on time, despite they replied to our message on booking and the reservation were confirmed from their side, via bookings email.
