  : The staff was great and very considerate and helpful. However my room on a few occasions looked like it just had been quickly went through during the time for the maids to clean so the cleanliness of the room overall I was not happy with at all. Plus my TV was broken so I couldn't enjoy that because the screen was very messed up the entire time that I was there and also the neighbors on the side of me and above me were very loud and constantly I guess maybe moving things around or something of that nature like all hours of the night all during the day. But I definitely would stay here again just because the staff was so understanding and accommodating and genuine and friendly.

  : Location was convenient from the Interstate. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Had breakfast, even though it was not a great selection.
  : The WiFi was terrible. Could not get it connected at all. The ice machine was inconvenient for the rooms in the back of the motel.

  : The customer service was amazing, we felt at home and were treated with the utmost kindness!!!
  : We did not have a remote in our room and the front desk did not have a spare!!! We were offered a new room by the staff which was an amazing show of service to achieve customer satisfaction!!!! Thank you

  : Location is convenient staff is kind.
  : Room we originally got was not very clean and had some issues with bugs. So they moved us to a double queen. Decided to book another night through booking and they ended up charging more than what the booking rate was.

  : Rm was upstairs, I have a bad knee. No elevator. Shower did not work, bathtub only. AC was so noisy, had to put in earplugs. If I hadn?t driven 14 hours would have found other hotel. Also caulk around bathtub needs to be replaced.
