  : Clean. Fairly good lighting in the bathroom and spacious.
  : The AC was not on in the room at check in and on the fifth floor in 90+ temps, it was ridiculous. There was no thermostat on the wall, but I’m guessing the room temp was around 80 at least. The room was not comfortable for at least 5 hours after we turned the AC on. My husband has MS and cannot regulate his body temp. We will not be going back.

  : It was fine and we were pleased with a little variety. The juice machine could be updated. It was leaking on the bottom.
  : The variety of changing biscuits n gravy to eggs n bacon would always be a hit for someone that stays for more than one night. The room temperature was perfect in the room but the breakfast n lobby rooms were warm. Food always tastes better when the body is more comfortable.

  : You can not have a guest. If you have a guest come there, they will tell them to leave the property. Then the manager will come to your room and tell you that you have to leave immediately. He will tell you that you have violated the policy. They will not refund you at all. Even though when you check in you are required to put a credit card on file. They will charge your card 1 dollar as well. Just for them making you add your card. The manager will not refund you at all. Since you went through a 3rd party. But it gets better. I was staying for a week. That is what I booked the hotel room for. I was harassed by the manager of the hotel personally 2 times. In less than 24 hours I was told to leave the property 3 times. He even canceled my reservation!! He called the cops and he told them that me and my wife had violated the hotels policy and wanted me to be escorted off the property. But he also served me paperwork that said that i am not allowed on the property anymore. Just because I had a guest ask for me!!! And they were just bringing me some food and a drink!!! From the store!!!FIND ANOTHER HOTEL DO NOT GET HARRASED!

  : Not much! This was a terrible experience. The hotel as a first impression was dirty and the room smelled bad. We went into our room and turned right back around and left within 30 minutes of checking in. I’ve never had this experience before with Booking.com and would like my money refunded. I thought Ramada had a good reputation.
  : The receptionist was out of sorts and consumed with a personal issue and was on the phone and helping us at the same time. He was nice enough,but seemed to be struggling with an outside issue.

  : Staff was unhelpful. I wanted to stay another night at the same rate and was told this was "impossible" because I would have to check out and then check in again at a different rate because I had used a third party booking. They made no effort to work with me despite the fact that I was a returning guest. The staff should be replaced. The original room assigned (at 4 PM was not ready and I complained and was told that the staff might call the police on me because of my attitude. Zero or less customer service.
