: Patricia, was extremely hospitable! Very warm, friendly and accommodating. And excellent cook and made a very delicious breakfast. She made the stay as wonderful as possible. The house is extremely small, but accommodations were very comfortable, including the living room. Towels/linens/robes all of very high quality. Very clean. True rating 9.7
: Bathroom is not private (but we knew) and could use a shelf to place toiletries on while getting ready, but very neat and clean. The bed had no headboard and was catty-corner in the room, so the pillows kept slipping off the bed because there was nothing to keep them on the bed and I move a lot. These really aren't "negatives" but merely to serve as feedback for the only possible improvement there could be. Otherwise it was perfect.

: Our hostess Patricia was lovely and cooked us an abundant and superb restaurant quality breakfast. She even packed us a bag of goodies to go! She gave us much useful information about the locality. The bed and bedding were new and luxurious. There was outdoor furniture allowing us to relax in the garden.
: The house was on a major road; however we had a very quiet's night sleep as the bedroom looked out on the back garden.
