  : I was told when checking in, We “missed” our cleaning day. Floors were not swept and bathrooms weren’t cleaned. I had to buy supplies to clean on my vacation. Then I checked out early, emailed and called the staff but they never checked me out early in the system and I cousins get my refund for the day.

  : It was clean and the staff was really nice. the location wasn't far from things that we did there the next day. The shower was hot and had great pressure.
  : I had selected double beds and they were extremely small felt like full sized. Everything's in one room I guess that's where the Studio part comes from. My two teenage boys could barely get comfortable. The beds only had a small space in between them felt like I was staring into my sons face all night. My husband and I did not sleep well the pillows were flat I just basically folded my one pillow in half to try and get some type of form. It ok for one night but only if your next drive is short. We had a 7 hour drive ahead and not getting a decent night rest made our trip home really rough. I guess I got what I paid for. Will not be staying again even though the staff was really nice and the apartment was clean.

  : Bathroom ceiling had mold and the entrance door looks like it wasn't close you cold see the outside under the door and side.... I'm a member of IHG and Hilton my job title is Chief Engineer Maintenance at these Hotels.

  : Our room was not very clean at all for the price paid. Whatever room freshener or cleaner used is very overpowering in the room making our belongings smell like it.
