  : location was close to where we needed to be.
  : It was very dirty, housekeeping had to come twice. infested with bugs and the floors obviously hadnt been cleaned in a long time. it was obvious the property had a cheap renovation. the house was very run down and not up to code. the description showed bunk beds, but upon arrival we were told no one was allowed to use those beds. our group was 8 single people, so two people had to share beds, which was unplanned. we couldnt be comfortable or sleep the entire first night due to the bug infestation. the beds in the bunk room were extremely uncomfortable and creaked every time someone moved, preventing everyone from getting rest. the curtains in the master dont fully close either. Vacasa helped me (kind of) with all the issues, yet didnt offer to refund any of my money for the terrible inconvenience, and instead told me to embrace patience on our two night stay.

  : The property was beautiful and felt so secluded in spite of being between a 10 and 30 minute drive away from major attractions/activities on our list. We had a great experience in Dahlonega and the house was super comfy! The key-less entry was also very nice and made arrival extremely seamless.
  : This wasn't such a big deal given the number of beds in the house, but my partner and I chose the largest bedroom only to have the bed collapse when we got into it on the first night. We called the customer service agent and they were very kind and prompt in responding. Luckily, we had other beds to sleep in (and all of them were extremely comfy!). We misread the check-out time and were a bit late leaving as such. We felt really bad about it and were trying our best to get out of the door after having a few local friends over for a nice breakfast. I am not sure if it was the host or the cleaning staff, but a woman came to the door and was bit rude about how we missed our check out time (something that was truly an honest mistake). I think she realized it truly was a mistake as we were already fully packed up and ready to leave, but it was a bit disconcerting that we were met so unkindly over what I perceive to be a small oversight on our part.

  : The location was good. It was close enough to the church that it didn't take long to get there. It was good enough for what we needed it for. We were barely there, so just to sleep and shower.
