  : It was close to the highway.
  : The entire experience was awful.The rooms are dirty and outdated and the curtains were stained in my room. I booked 5 nights here and on the 3rd day of my stay the internet went out and I was not able to use the television or my laptop/iPad. This became extremely trouble some as on my last night the guests above me were running around stomping all night. I called the front desk and told them abut this and they let me know that they would call the guests and let them know to please quiet down. I got a call back from the guy at the front desk telling me that the people upstairs said that they had 2 toddlers and that there was no way to make them stop.It was 1am when I called the front desk and they kept running around and never stopped. By the time 2am rolled around I could not take it any longer and packed my suitcases up to leave. I checked out EARLY at 2am and asked for a refund of the night since I could not sleep because of the rowdy guests above me and also I could not use the TV or my iPad to drown out the noise because the lack of internet access. The guy at the front desk let me know that he is not authorized to give a credit back, but that I could call the front desk the next day and speak with the manager about it. When I finally get the manager on the phone 2 days later, her name is Pam, she told me that she would not give me a credit for my night leaving early because I 1. Left in the middle of the night, and she said that is essentially staying the whole time. It is not because check out is at 11am. She said if I had left earlier then maybe they would of…hello, I left at that hour because people started running around making noise. 2. She said that she cold not make the guests stop running because they are paying customers too. That is asinine because most hotels have quiet hours and if you do not abide you are kicked out so she lied there as well. Lastly she said they are not responsible for the internet outage and there was nothing she could do.
