  : Location was convenient to all of the activities we planned to do in Dallas.
  : The A/C did not work properly in our room on the first night. It was very hot. Maintenance fixed it for the second night, but then the A/C would not stop running. So, we were very cold! We stayed at a time when many bad storms had been and were continuing to be in the area. Our room had a leak along the outer wall. Maintenance told us the room should have been checked for leaks prior to our stay, but it was not. We asked to be moved, but they had no other available rooms. Property is outdated. For example, the TV was not a smart TV. Only able to watch Direct TV, and even the remote was extremely non-functional. There were no USB outlets. Lots of little things that I would expect a Hilton to have, but this one did not.

  : The service was not what you’d expect at a Park cities Hilton. When I ordered room service, the food came quickly, but there were no napkins and no silverware. I had to take my own cart up to my room upon check-in and upon departure I requested a mailman to come and help with my luggage. I ended up going down to the lobby and getting my own cart and loading it and getting it down to the first floor. The parking situation was Mediocre at best. I had requested my car. Stay in front because I was coming back in about 20 to 30 minutes. When I got down there and asked for my car they said oh it’s in the garage in about 10 minutes later I did spot my car right in front about that time Valet came running towards me. I said are you still looking for my car because it’s right there in front of the hotel. Caused me to be a little bit late appointment. I would just expect a higher level of customer service at a hotel of this quality.
