  : only a few minutes walk to the centre of Dartmouth, very clean, comfortable beds, superb view, great outside space/garden area.
  : it got very warm ( we were blessed with amazing weather) so a fan would probably help for the hotter months. Freezer part of the fridge needed defrosting as it was iced up. but really just very minor points.

  : It was clean, comfortable, in a good location close to the town centre, and good value for money
  : We didn't use the kichen very much. A small improvement would be a few teaspoons and a few more coffee sachets, or maybe a cefetiere.

  : We actually stayed in Dartmouth 8 as there was an issue with 6. The apartment was in a great location with views of the water :-)It was very clean, comfortable & peaceful. The bathroom was big with a good shower & shampoo, shower gel etc was provided. The beds were very comfortable & we all slept really well!
  : A few more pans etc in the kitchen would have been useful.

  : The location was fantastic. The apartment had brilliant facilities and was spacious and clean.
  : There was a horrible stench in the kitchen of rotten fish. The property windows had been left open prior to our arrival to air this. We hardly spent much time at the property so never contacted the agent regarding the smell.

  : It was not far from the centre of Dartmouth. It was very clean and modern with various utensils, wine glasses, soaps etc.
  : The view from the balcony was actually the back of flats not a view of the river which Dartside and advertising photo would suggest.(With a glimpse of the river between buildings). The allotted garage parking was much too small for our normal sized Masda, we had to get bags and passenger out before entering and tightly manoeuvre for the driver, my husband, to get out!I thought that the apartment was not very welcoming, it seemed really dark and hollow - just a couple of bright pictures of Dartmouth would make all the difference.We were actually moved to Dartside 8 from our booked Dartside 6 - which was fine - we were told by email beforehand. But I did have to ring to find out the PIN code for the key. Also because we were on the top floor something was banging/knocking on the roof, in the wind, all night keeping us awake.
