  : Heating wasnt working when we arrived as they had run out of LPG. Delivery made the next morning so it was fine but that made our arrival late on a Friday night disappointing. We werent informed either - a fellow guest in no 22 told us.

  : style, space and location was great. very close to the beach and footpaths for walks. very comfortable and spacious for a family of three.
  : could have been cleaner. cobwebs in many corners of the house that are easily accessible and visible. floor downstairs was dusty under foot.

  : The Barn is lovely. Very well furnished with great facilities. The location is fantastic, an excellent base for exploring the local area. The apartment is really spacious and the parking was great.

  : The room wasn't too clean ..you couldn't see out of any of the windows has there were dirty and full of cobwebs inside and outside..the light shade and plug socket were covered in dust nice place but would stay again... we made sure it was better clean then it was when we arrived

  : Everything in general as listed & covered all requirement with very minor improvements to push facility to SUPER.
  : Very minor. Settee in need of upgrade. No shelf for bathroom products in either bathroom. Light over sink would be a good addition. Our stay was pre peak season & therefore parking not an issue. Garage only suitable for medium sized SUV as both interior space & access to garage door limited for No 21 the Barn. In peak season the access with shared parking for adjacent block of flats could prove a problem on first come first served basis.

  : Location next to Slapton Sands is great. Apartment is light, nicely decorated and generally pleasant to stay! Beds comfortable, and fans provided in hot weather.
  : A lot of cobwebs and spiders, towels and bed sheets had some holes, only one car parking space per apartment. Very hot inside during hot weather
