  : The location was very good and accesible to different places.
  : A lot of things to buy to be able to cook , house did not have, house temperature to hot, window blinds were not to good ,the house rules had more rules than any place i had been before.And for the price we expected better things and options.

  : Pool area and covering were damaged, very dirty with things growing across the framework. Netting all torn and let in 100s of insects. Not a good Florida pool experience at all. Left early after 3-days. Could not stay there.

  : We enjoyed the pool and spa. The house was clean although the a/c returns needed some dusting . The 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was great for our family . The kitchen / living area was plenty big enough for our family also. We also enjoyed the privacy of the pool because there were no rear neighbors .
  : We did enjoy our stay and stay an extra night however there were a few problems with the property. The game room located in garage had a pool table and air hockey table. However , the pool table was warped in the middle , the air hockey machine was broken . The two story villa that is pictured was not the home we were actually in . The description reads sandy ridge villa and a two story home is pictured however it is not the home we were given . We were given a single level home in paradise woods place subdivision not the sandy ridge subdivision. The homes were very close together and driveway was small. Before booking we asked if it was the home pictured and was told yes it is the two story that is pictured . So we booked it and then we were upgraded to another neighborhood that was also a two story . We were sent the address and key code and looked at pictures of the home . Then the night before we were to depart to travel to Florida we received a call that there was an issue with the home we were promised two days prior because another family had to get moved into the home . So we received the address of the home we ended up being assigned to and seen it was just the one level home . We emailed the property manager back saying we booked a two story and this is a 1 story . Do you have another home well the reply we received was I do not have a two story home . Ok so no big deal same 4 beds 3 baths I rented . I asked well does it at least have gameroom which yes it does along with smart TVs with Ruko plus a great discount of not having to pay to heat the pool which equaled $120 we no longer had to pay . Which we really appreciated for the inconvenience, however the neighborhood looked kind of sketchy when we arrived . I almost didnt want to stay but after going inside the house I was fine with it . Other than these things we really did enjoy our stay . I just want people to be aware that the home pictured may or may not be the house you end up with .
