  : The room was great! Clean and comfortable.
  : The breakfast was disappointing!! I had no idea it was $19 for the buffet! No signs were posted on pricing. The only time I saw staff was when she handed me the bill!! My choice was 3 spoons of scrambled eggs, and a small danish slightly bigger MAYBE than a silver dollar!!

  : Room is a little beat up when I first got here. Toilet seat crooked, flickering lights behind tv, door cracked at bottom and latch loose. Looks like it got kicked in.

  : I tried to cancel over 48hours ago and I got basically ping ponged between Booking.come and Hyatt Regency Deerfield staff, with no one taking ownership and taking action.Hotel staff says call booking.com and they need to call us for cancellation. Booking.com says call hotel. I called both over 4-5 time speaking to various folks on both side. Very unprofessional.

  : King suit did not gave feel of king suit. it was too congested.There system issue charged additional money on my card and I had to follow up 2 weeks to get that back. never happened before with any hotels. This is 2nd time I stayed in Hyatt and I may not opt for Hyatt with my past and this experience .

  : The walls are very thin. You can hear toilets flush and the family in room 418 had kids that were bouncing a ball on our connecting wall well past midnight. I had to call the front desk. It still continues for an hour after that.

  : Easy access from the highway (I-294) exit/entry ramps. Tons of free parking - didn't have to fight for spaces. Very nice and big lobby. Small bar but enough choices for food and drinks. Front desk staff were nice.
  : We're there for our son's NSI graduation, so that location was fine for that (but note that this hotel is very far, traffic and distance-wise, from Downtown Chicago). In terms of our stay, we had to call multiple times for towels, coffee cups, coffee; plus, our room keys had to be rekeyed many times! There was no extra rolls of tp so had to call for that too! The sheet for the pull-out was taken away by the cleaner and toiletries were not replaced (I left a very nice tip for her). The wi-fi was horrible and didn't work most of the time we were there. Because their TV uses streaming services (i.e., not cable), the TV didn't work well; informed the check-in desk and they said it was due to weather! I was expecting more from a Hyatt Regency. I think these properties are nowadays managed by third parties, so they may not care as much as the corporate wants which is unfortunate because it negatively impacts Hyatt's reputation.
