  : Absolutely horrible!! Blood stains on sheets, hair all over the room. I requested to see another room but they didn't believe me that the room was in horrible condition. Then they agreed to show me another room, the other room was not any better than the first room with stains on bedsheets, hair all over and really really bad smell.Customer service with Pottell was really bad, he did not respect us, he did not want to call the manager for us to speak with him. I booked through booking.com but they wouldn't accept the payment method, so I had to pay at the hotel.I ended up going to a different hotel and requested a refund. Booking.com reached out to the hotel and Pottel told them that he'll send the message to his manager. They also sent an email to the hotel but they never responded. Since I made a payment at the hotel, booking.com can't do much other than reaching out to them, which the hotel doesn't respond.I don't understand how this hotel is still in business, the State Health Department should look into this situation.Worst hotel experience, I will never stay in Red Roof Inn!I do not need apologies from hotel management which seems to be an ongoing responses from all the bad reviews that Red Roof Denver is receiving. I demand a refund, they also charged me more than they were supposed to.
  : This hotel needs change of management and hotel service. Pk Potel did not believe that the room was dirty and was mocking us for saying that. I am demanding a full refund!!Worst smell, worst customer service, very dirty etc
