  : This was not the property shown on the photo.The property was falling apart and obviously very old.The communication from the staff was horrendous and I’ll never book with SOBE again.

  : Good location, spacious flat, linen and beds comfortable, nice view from balcony.
  : Horrible noise from bedroom heater that took 4 days to disconnect despite repeated promises , general maintenance poor, cheap, and inadequate. No table at all above knee level, simple furnishings needing some personal care and attention.

  : the location of the property was great and it was spotless when I got there. plenty of facilities in the building like a fitness center. laundry on the floor. the apartment was spacious and the kitchen well equipped. I’d stay here every time if I was Denver regularly.
  : two quick things: (1) they make you fill out a form on their own portal for verification. that’s fine, but I was waiting outside the property for 30 minutes and wasn’t given the entry code until I filled it out, and was threatened with a cancellation. this is not such a big deal but hopefully they improve the flow for future guests. (2) it would be useful if the condo had some basics for cooking like oil, butter etc. helps for shorter stays.
