  : Hosts are very welcoming and attentive. Breakfast is excellent. Location excellent.
  : Property is a bit run down and needs a face lift internally. No comfortable common area for sitting, nor comfortable sitting/working area in the room.

  : Lovely hosts that provided great conversation and suggestions around to eat. Dogs were cute! Breakfast was good. Judith makes great eggs, and lots of fruits, granola and yogurt type stuff is provided. Bed was plenty comfortable. Had a nice bathroom attached to our room and the shower had good hot water. House is old and has a lot of character as well as having Judith's talented photography lining the walls. We were lucky and got upgraded to the front room with a balcony facing the street. We would come back for sure!
  : Everything was great for the most part. I will say, while they are able to provide a space in the private driveway for some guests, it is one lane and there may be a need to shuffle cars around based on the order of who pulled in first. They ask that you leave your car keys at the door so they can move your car without bothering you if needed and this was not a problem for us, but might be something someone else would be hesitant to do. In an area like this downtown you are lucky to have parking at all!

  : The room was very clean and comfy. My hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. I got to hang out with their lovely dogs too. Breakfast was great and the property felt really unique. I'd definitely stay again.
  : It was a bit noisy with the single glazed right window next to the street. However, this was fixed with earplugs and did not make sleeping difficult.

  : Breakfast location and character all great. Lovely and knowledgeable hosts and beautiful property. Really comfy bed, well outfitted room, large comfy private bathroom.
  : Limited use of facilities outside room I was surprised that I was unable to store drinks in refrigerator, wash clothes. Maybe more of a Europe thing that I was used to.

  : Judith and Doc and their two dogs Wilson and Lucy are super friendly. I had a very pleasant conversation with Judith and two other guests over breakfast the morning I left. The neighborhood is lots of fun, especially for a younger crowd, tho it is a little rough at the edges.

  : Lovely people who made and shared breakfast with me, changing it to accommodate my needs. Funky and beautiful old house. Beautiful and friendly dogs. Interesting and active, safe neighborhood.
  : I wish I'd known that the bed I booked had a memory foam topper on it: my body doesn't do well with that material. The room is also not their quietest, but it was the price point that made sense for me. Their tub needs a new stopper that works (it leaks the water out), and the shower-to-bath mechanism doesn't work; I had to fill the bath with the shower head. I had trouble getting a hold of the hosts before I arrived; they never returned my phone calls.
