  : Clayton was the best. Apartment was great! All of us had a great time in Denver!
  : We weren't that happy with parking. We were told on the way there we had to park on a gravel lot. But at least we had a free parking place. We just made the best of it.

  : Walking distance to the Coors Stadium, dedicated-secured parking facility, easy walking to grocery store and many restaurants, nice washer & dryer
  : Communication - we didn't know how to lock the door and just assumed it automatically locked when we exited, there was no written or verbal communication telling us how to lock the door. There was not enough seating for 4 adults in the apartment, no dining room table nor chairs on the balcony

  : To close to the dog park. To many dogs barking late at night. Check in was interesting. Good communication from management though

  : It was the dirtiest place I have ever stayed at. Floors were black. Accidentally spilled some water. Cleaned it up and the towel was black. Shower did not drain. Fixtures were broken.

  : Very sketchy area with homeless sleeping on the sidewalk. Right next to very active dog park. Thin walls that made us think people were walking into the unit.

  : The location is good, Parking was convenient. Staff member was easy to communicate with once we got there. We needed some sheets and a blanket....he brought the sheets and two blankets. Would have been nice if they were there to begin with. Having a washer and dryer on site was helpful.
  : So, this place is decent-sized apartment, which if maintained, would have been quite nice. HOWEVER, it was NOT well-maintained. It was surface clean, but the kitchen faucet leaked into the cabinet below and was causing significant damage to the cabinetry. When we arrived there was a overflowing drain pan under the sink and a huge puddle in the cabinet which I ended up cleaning up.....gross. The shower head in the shower was also loose and woobly....fixed that too. Outside door handle to the balcony had lost its set screw so if you pulled the door closed behind you, you were stuck out there. The patio furniture was falling apart. The pots and pans were cheap teflon-coated pans with scratched surfaces (we went to Ikea and bought our own stainless steel set for $20). This place reminded me of a student apartment at a busy school. It worked, but it was not in great condition and not up to my standards. Will not return.
